Crabs
A crab seems to be an alien visitor from another world! A crab has a bunch of armor. The eyes can stick out and inside its body. A crab can live in the wet sand near the ocean. They can live deep in the ocean. They can live under the ice of Antartica. Crabs eat dead plants, garbage, and dead animals.

Alien visitor. What an interesting idea!!
Mud crabs live in holes under rocks. You can *hook* them out with a wire coathanger but most people put pots out on the mud flats with chicken bits as bait.
Sometimes my boys catch things besides crabs in their pots ~ fish like bream & cod or a small shark. :)
